Step One: Log in to Your Account

Open our app or website (click on the get started on the web to route to the login page.) and log in using your credentials.

Step Two: Navigate to Settings

Once logged in, on the dashboard, click on your profile on the sidebar/menu.

Step Three: Navigate to the delete account section

On your profile, scroll down to delete account and carefully read the instructions

Step Four: Delete Account

After reading the instructions, click the continue, and follow the on-screen prompts.

Step Five: Confirm Deletion

You’ll be asked to confirm your decision by entering your password. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
